Extensive Experience
A successful trial lawyer with over 50 years of experience, Mr. Hodges has tried countless cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, fire/loss, and other insurance disputes. He dealt with multiple appeals before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Arkansas Court of Appeals and handled an appellate practice before the US Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit.
Mr. Hodges worked as an assistant city attorney for Newport before being elected prosecuting attorney of Arkansas' Third Judicial District, which included Jackson, Lawrence, Independence, and Stone Counties, for three terms from 1966 to 1972. At the same time, he was appointed to the Arkansas Crime Commission's Board of Directors, where he served as chairman for 5 years.
After 17 years of general practice as an attorney in Newport, he moved to Little Rock to focus on trial work. He has taught at seminars sponsored by the Arkansas Bar Association in addition to his usual obligations as a lawyer.

Family Man
Mr. Hodges and his wife, Marian, have three sons named David Jr., Craig, and Matthew. They also have five grandchildren: Madison Nicole, Robert David, Hudson Armstrong, Harrison Griffin, and Benjamin Alford.
